Home · Southall · UB1 and UB2
Southall is extensions and conversions. Half our work in UB1 and UB2 is strip-out debris from a side-return or a loft going in — and the other half is what comes out of the garden to make room for it. The terraces here are tight, parking is worse, and a skip usually means a permit, a suspended bay and a week of waiting.
No permit
Nothing stays on the road, so there's no licence to arrange with Ealing.
We load it
Out of the garden, the loft or the garage. You don't lift a thing.
Fixed price
Agreed from your photos before we set off.
What we clear in Southall
Rubble, hardcore, broken concrete, old plaster, timber and strip-out debris. We'll take it in stages as the job goes, rather than one skip sitting there the whole build.
Narrow frontages, cars both sides, and the waste at the back. The grab lifts over the fence from the road, which beats forty trips through someone's kitchen.
Soil and turf off a dug-out garden is heavy and awkward. It goes straight on the lorry.
We can't take asbestos, chemicals, fuels, oils, gas cylinders or clinical waste. Ask us and we'll tell you who can.
Before you book a skip
Got soil, rubble or hardcore rather than household waste? That goes on the grab lorry.
Where we work
Not on the list? Call anyway — if we're passing, we'll do it.
How it works
WhatsApp a picture and your UB1 postcode. A fixed price comes back, usually within the hour.
Same day where we can, otherwise next day, with a two-hour window.
We carry everything out, load up and sweep the area before we leave.
Pay on the day once you're happy. Your waste transfer note comes by email.
Questions
No. Permits are a skip problem — a skip left on a public road needs a licence from the council. Nothing of ours stays on the road, so there's nothing to license.
Often the same day. Call early and you'll usually get a slot that afternoon.
No. We carry it out — upstairs flats, back gardens, lofts and garages included.
It depends on volume and what the waste is, so we price from a photo. Send a picture of the pile and your postcode and a fixed price comes back, usually within the hour.
It goes to a licensed transfer station and gets sorted, and as much as possible is recycled. You get a waste transfer note by email.
